Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING DOMAIN NFSneakers provides insured shipping services exclusively to the United States. We partner with major logistics carriers to ensure that your footwear arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIMES All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-3 business days. This includes verification of payment, quality control inspection of the sneaker pairs, and professional packaging. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In cases of high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SECTION 3 - TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. NFSneakers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable outside standard domestic transit). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SECTION 4 - DAMAGES AND LOSS NFSneakers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the address provided was incorrect. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
